Join us for our second annual Mind, Body, Business: A Celebration of International Women's Day. Together with Southern Colorado Women's Chamber of Commerce and Garden of the Gods Resort & Club, and Presenting Sponsor UCHealth, we are excited to host an event dedicated to celebrating and empowering women in business and bringing together unstoppable women in our community.
We will be inspired by national speakers, CEOs, and influential trailblazers. We strive to create a space where female leaders can be encouraged and their most authentic self.
Your day will begin with our panel Q&A discussion followed by your choice of small breakout sessions. We will come together to be inspired by our keynote speaker and end the day with a cocktail reception.
Joining our Burnout, Balance, Rust-Out and Work-Life Harmony Panel Discussion are:
Margaret Sabin, Strategic Advisory and Past President, Children’s Hospital Colorado
Deb Mahan, Executive Director, Gazette Charities Foundation
Donna Nelson, Chief Development Officer, Pikes Peak State College
Trinity Bradley-Anderson, Partner, Stockman Kast Ryan + Company
Burnout, Balance, Rust-Out and Work-Life Harmony– Buzz Words or A Cautionary Tale In Our Busy Lives? This panel of women who have lived and are living the stress of family obligations, societal pressures, health scares and career demands. If constant stress leaves you feeling helpless, disillusioned, and completely exhausted, you may need to make some changes. Learn what these women faced and how they regained positivity and feeling hopeful again.
You will be able to make your breakout selections among:
Finding Financial Peace as Women by Jan Weiland Vice President of Wealth Management, Raymond James, and Founder of the Southern Colorado Women’s Chamber and Stacey Kasten, AAMS Financial Advisor, Accredited Asset Management Specialist
Pillars of Lifestyle Medicine to Build Resilience by Dr. Sheila Bee, MD – Internal Medicine & Lifestyle Medicine
Women’s Lifestyle, Hormone Health & Longevity by Dr. Jennifer Habashy, ND – Naturopathic Doctor
And be inspired by our Keynote Speaker:
Kristi Nelson, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel, Pomeroy Inspiring Optimism, Championing Change.
Kristi's story is not just one of corporate success and community involvement. Her journey took an unforeseen turn with a rare cancer diagnosis. Faced with adversity, she chose resilience. Her battle became a testament to unwavering determination, seeking treatment at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute and emerging not just a survivor but a beacon of hope.
