AFC Urgent Care provides quality, affordable medical care for families serving Colorado Springs and nearby communities including 80920, 80921, 80918, 80919, 80924, 80840, 80907 & 80909, as well as Northgate, Briargate, and the Air Force Academy area. We also serve Monument, Palmer lake, Manitou Springs, Black forest, Fountain, Downtown, UCCS and other surrounding area (Fort Carson, Peterson Space force).
Our medical team treats patients of all ages for illness, injury, and everyday medical needs such as flu, COVID testing, physicals, X-rays, on-site lab, STI, UTI, lacerations and occupational health. We proudly accept Medicaid, Medicare, TRICARE & VA benefits. We offer same-day DOT Physicals for CDL drivers and provider-led medical weight loss programs (GLP-1) with in-person care, along with immigration physicals and other occupational health services.
