Do you want to learn how to represent your small business on the legislative level? Please join us for In The Mix: Legislative Action for Your Business. Sign up now to learn how to testify on legislation at the State Capitol and join us in maintaining business friendly policies and advocating for attainable housing in our region! We will have a testimony training and a break-out session where we analyze current state legislation and craft testimony for ourselves. We will also be hearing from a small business in the community about their experience getting involved in the legislative realm, and what it does for their business and community. The In the Mix series, formerly known as Chamber Connect and Breakfast & Business Cards, is an excellent way to get more involved with your fellow Chamber & EDC members and business leaders in the Pikes Peak region. The series will feature networking and breakouts, where attendees will brainstorm, troubleshoot, and discuss issues within their business. Each breakout will have a focus topic (to be announced) providing the opportunity to problem solve and learn from your peers.
