        Join us for the grand opening of Rocky Mountain Health Care Services!

Rocky Mountain PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a program of Rocky Mountain Health Care Services that enriches the lives of our participants and empowers them to live vibrant, independent lives. We work towards this goal through programs designed to meet the specific emotional, social, physical, and medical needs of older adults living in El Paso County. All our programs have worked toward this same goal since 1976.
