In honor of International Women's Day, Mind, Body & Business is a first-class experience celebrating women in business. Your day will feature unstoppable women, CEOs, and influential women trailblazers. Mind, Body & Business is a unique, high-impact leadership workshop that brings together keynote speakers and breakout sessions focused on leadership development.
MEET OUR SPEAKERS
Olivia Omega
Olivia Omega is a branding strategist and seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of brand positioning, digital marketing, communications, and advertising experience across startup, nonprofit, public, and private sectors. She is currently the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications at the Denver Scholarship Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity whose mission is to inspire and empower Denver Public Schools’ students to achieve their college goals through college access, promise-based scholarships, and college success.
Olivia serves a Board of Advisors member of the Presidents Leadership Class at the University of Colorado Boulder and is the Founder Track Chair for Denver Startup Week.
During “Leveraging Your Unique DNA at Work - Telling Your Brand Story,” Olivia explores how embracing your authentic self can unlock both individual and team professional growth in the workplace. She delves into the benefits of authenticity and being true to yourself while revealing strategies to harness your unique DNA to craft a powerful personal brand story that connects, inspires, and drives meaningful impact at work.

Johnna Reeder Kleymeyer
A champion of the communities where she lives, she serves on several boards and committees. In her down time, she enjoys exploring new trails, restaurants, and shops with her husband, Kurt, and spoiling their beloved French Bulldog, Nutmeg.
Johnna's session, Negotiations and Knowing Your Worth, will provide insights on effective negotiation strategies to help you confidently advocate for yourself and your career. Gain tools to navigate conversations about compensation, opportunities, and professional growth.
Kristen Faith Sharpe is an award-winning entrepreneur, social justice advocate, and business strategist dedicated to empowering women and survivors of domestic violence. A survivor herself, she transformed her personal journey into a global movement, founding Break the Silence Against Domestic Violence, a nonprofit that has impacted millions worldwide.
Kristen is also the founder of Boss Babe Networking (BBN), a social media and business consulting firm designed to help purpose-driven entrepreneurs amplify their voices and scale their businesses. She also plays a key role in Anthem Live Studios, a creative hub for music, dance, and live entertainment. Her expertise in business coaching, social media strategy, and nonprofit development has made her a sought-after consultant for organizations nationwide.
Through her work, Kristen remains committed to breaking cycles of abuse, fostering financial independence for survivors, and building platforms that amplify underrepresented voices.
During Kristen's International Women's Day Heritage Presentation, you’ll experience a live cultural demonstration offering a glimpse into the artistry and traditions that will take center stage at the Women of the World: A Celebration of Culture event on March 8 at the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Training Center. This inspiring showcase will highlight the beauty of global fashion, heritage, and unity—further emphasizing the power of authenticity and storytelling in leadership.
