2025 Joint Defense Meeting with Aurora Chamber Defense Council

MAC Event Update: On Feb. 21, 2025, the Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC announced that its Board of Directors authorized the Military Affairs Council (MAC) to become an independent organization, effective May 31, 2025. This decision, made in collaboration with the MAC Executive Committee, allows both organizations to focus on their missions while continuing to support the military community and economic development in the Pikes Peak region. To support our partner, the Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC is assisting the MAC with event registration through May, as the MAC transitions to an independent nonprofit organization. During this period, CSCEDC will serve as the MAC’s fiscal agent and provide registration support, while the MAC independently manages its activities and events to support veterans, military families, and local installations. This transition period allows the MAC time to complete its nonprofit registration and establish itself as an independent organization. Registration will be handled by the Aurora Defense Council.  We will post a link to register soon!

Please join us for a joint meeting of the Aurora Chamber's Defense Council and the Colorado Springs Military Affairs Council. 

We will hear from military leadership; have presentations from the chairs of both councils; receive updates from federal, state, and local elected officials; and hear from community support organizations.
