Join the Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC for its annual trip to Washington, D.C. This year's Fly-In will be September 15-17. Every year, business leaders from the Pikes Peak region go to Washington, D.C. to advocate and meet with policymakers on federal issues that directly impact employers. It is the largest Fly-In of business leaders from Southern Colorado to Washington, D.C. This year's trip will be comprised of meetings with Congressional members, think tanks, national trade organizations, and policy groups. We will also be hosting several receptions during the trip to further build relationships with Congressional leadership and to strengthen existing connections. Don't miss out, join your fellow Chamber & EDC members and business leaders in Washington, D.C., and help make a difference. This event is attended by 70-80 business and community leaders.
Join Senators Michael Bennet & John Hickenlooper, as well as Representative Jeff Crank (CO-5), and other members of the Colorado Congressional Delegation for our day on the Hill, Sept. 16. On Sept. 17, track days will give participants time with leaders, lobbyists, and experts to learn about the work they do in D.C. and beyond. This year’s Public Policy Track will highlight topics critical to the current business and policy environment, including healthcare technology, semiconductors, AI, energy, and housing. The public policy track will be hosted at Kaiser Permanente in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. This year’s Aerospace, Defense & Cybersecurity Track will feature engaging opportunities with defense policy and industry leaders. Notable speakers include Chief Master Sergeant of the Space Force John F. Bentivegna and Director of the Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals, Peregrine D. Russell-Hunter.
Spouse Track participants are invited to join all group dinners and receptions, while also enjoying a specially curated experience of their own. Highlights include a VIP tour with one of the Smithsonian’s docents at the National Museum of American History, a lunch at the elegant Waldorf Astoria, and a guided visit to the National Archives.
Please note that your registration does not include your flight reservation or hotel accommodations; however, we will have a room block reserved at The Hyatt House at The Wharf.
