Alan Bridges, Pennica Financial
Alan grew up in Georgia and graduated from the US Air Force Academy. During his Air Force career, he flew Rescue and Special Operations helicopters, taught cadets at the US Air Force Academy, directed plans at Special Operations Command (Europe), and led a Base Realignment and Closure portfolio worth over $870 million. After his retirement from the Air Force, Alan flew commercially for nine years and still flies for fun.

Alan enjoys outdoor activities including running, hiking, and  climbing 14ers in Colorado. Alan gives back to the community as a Chamber Ambassador because he appreciates helping local small businesses succeed. Alan is a Scoutmaster for a Scouts BSA troop and volunteers with the Colorado Mountain Club. He serves on the Board of Directors for Victory Service Dogs.

Sara Lobato, Pikes Peak EZ Administrator

Sara holds a degree in Service Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and has resided in El Paso County since 2010. She serves as the Pikes Peak Enterprise Zone (EZ) Administrator in El Paso County’s Economic Development Department, and has been working with the EZ Program for nearly a decade. Additionally, Sara currently serves as the Southeast Regional Board member for the Economic Development Council of Colorado.
