Melanie is a Colorado Springs native who is passionate about helping business owners protect their assets through Commercial Insurance. She was blessed to have been employed at USAA for nearly 6 years, and during that time she obtained her CPCU, Associate in Commercial Underwriting, and Associate in General Insurance.  

Michael Gallagher is president and co-owner of My Longevity Health Compass. Michael has 43 years of experience in the health insurance industry. Stacy Gallagher, RN is the COO and co-owner. He and his team work with older adults educating them on how to effectively optimize Medicare and to empower them with developing their longevity health plan. He received his BA degree from Michigan State University and MBA from Baldwin Wallace University. Mike has been an Ambassador with the Colorado Springs Chamber since 2017. Michael is a lifetime honorary board member of the American Diabetes Association.  He has served as a past president and vice president of the Colorado Chapter of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists and a past board member and sponsorship chair of the Metro Denver Association of Health Underwriters.  Along with his wife Stacy, enjoying time spent with their grown children, traveling, golf, and wine tasting are favorite pastimes.  

I am a highly self-motivated, goal-oriented individual. I work well by myself, but I really excel in teams. I am passionate about mentorship and my leadership style is to help others gain experience to propel them forward. My experiences stem from my 20+ years in the military and 10+ years in academic business. I am competitive in nature with everything I do, creating a natural desire to transcend expectations.
I am also a business owner learning the ropes of entrepreneurship.

Dan Osinski purchased Laser Sound in 2006 and now employs 4 A/V technicians and DJ's. In early 2018, his company, Laser Sound, just opened a second office in Denver. He also currently serves as a business development rep for Unified Title. Dan has served with the Fountain EDC since March 2015 and brings a wealth of connections, knowledge, and passion to aid on behalf of business growth in the Colorado Springs greater area. His passion is to promote positive change throughout the Pikes Peak region, remaining actively involved by serving in both volunteer and board level capacities.  Dan’s civic endeavors include: ambassador for the Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce and EDC since 2005, past President of Prospectors, MME board member, Tri-Lakes Chamber member/volunteer/sound support, Colorado Springs Wine Festival Committee Entertainment Chair, past Southern Colorado Apartment Association ambassador, Rotary, and much more.
