and also cover components of Talent Equity Agenda
The 2020 Colorado Talent Pipeline Report identifies areas of growing demand and opportunity, key features of the current labor force, and offers a collection of strategies, investments, and policy recommendations in response to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Talent Equity Agenda published by the CWDC, is a holistic effort aimed at raising awareness, identifying shared opportunities for strategic action, targeting resources, and measuring progress to address equity gaps and intersecting disparities impacting our current and future workforce. The agenda was informed by stakeholders in the TalentFOUND network across the state and focuses on racial equity disparities, and identifies strategies to address the disparities and indicators to measure progress in the following areas:
- Career Navigation and Advancement
- Closing the Digital Divide
- Postsecondary Credential Attainment
