This application is to be filled out by any member in good standing of the Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC who desires to be a member of the Military Affairs Council (MAC).

Once the form has been completed and payment has been received, the information will be reviewed by the MAC membership committee. When the process is complete you will receive a notification.
