ABOUT ALLOY PERSONAL TRAINING

Alloy Personal Training Colorado Springs is personal training in small groups of six or less. We
specialize in busy adults 40 and older, and we meet people exactly where they are in their health and fitness journey.

We use the weight room so you have the confidence to do anything physical outside of it — hiking, pickleball, tennis, mountain biking, skiing, snowboarding, etc. Every member begins with a movement screen and an InBody body composition assessment, then trains a program adjusted around their training history, their injuries, and their goals.

If you know someone struggling to work around an injury, struggling with consistency, or looking for the accountability, structure, and community that make training stick send them our way.
